The location was perfect, situated in the old center of town, close to everything we needed. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. The room was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed, including a mini-bar, in-room safe, and a flat-screen TV. The continental breakfast on the roof terrace was a highlight, with amazing views of the surrounding area.

Highly recommended for everyone.

We had an amazing stay at a stylish and comfortable hotel in a great location. the staff, especially Zoe, were incredibly helpful and made our experience even better. the rooms were cozy and well-designed, providing a clean and safe environment. the breakfast, although not the best we've had in Greece, was still enjoyable. Cressa - Adults Only is a newer hotel that offers great value for the money. Cons: Couldn't stay longer 😞.

Located in the heart of the historical district, this beautiful hotel offers travelers a luxurious and relaxing stay. the rooms are spacious and modern, decorated with elegant details and equipped with smart TVs and hot tubs for an added touch of comfort. the staff is attentive and friendly, always ready to help with anything you need. the breakfast is outstanding, with fresh and authentic Cretan ingredients, sometimes served on the rooftop terrace. the location is perfect for exploring the surroundings, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a short walk to the beach.

One minor downside to note is that the air conditioning in the rooms could use some improvement, as they can get a little stuffy during warmer days.

we had an amazing family holiday in Rethymno, Crete and our stay at Cressa exceeded all expectations. The beautiful boutique hotel was centrally located in the quiet old town and the spacious rooms with elegant design made us feel right at home. The highlight was the friendly and helpful receptionist, Despina, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.

The value for money at Cressa was excellent and the room was top-notch. I loved the location and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive.
